Dial by Lead List Query

This feature allows administrators to narrow down the leads dialed from within a larger lead lists. This feature can be used either on the fly, to create a new lead list with the desired leads, or add the results to an existing lead lists.

The various fields as well as their filters can be combined to allow administrators to finely tune the lead list for specific campaign targets. For example, if a list has leads that cover an entire state, then the query can narrow down the leads list to leads within a single county, all but a single county, leads within a county who live in single-family dwellings and whose household makes a combined income of over one hundred and fifty thousand.

Administrators can also filter out leads by disposition and use the results for a separate campaign or lead list. Queries can span multiple lead lists so that the same filters can be applied across lead lists or the results can be combined into a new lead list or incorporated into an existing list.
